DESCRIPTION:OHPCA Summer Day Camp at Magnolia Stables\nDate: July 19\, 2024\nTime: Depart at 9:00 am\, Arrive back at 4:00 pm. Be sure and check in at least 20 minutes before departure.\nAge(s): We will have 2 groups of 15 attendees ages 8-13 and 14-18.\nLocation: Meet us at the Corpus Christi Parking Lot\, 19800 Pembroke Avenue\, Enter off Evergreen Road \nIn this hands-on workshop\, the youth will participate in equine facilitated learning sessions in small groups. They will learn all about horses\, including their anatomy\, how horses connect with humans\, how to properly groom horses\, and more! PLEASE NOTE: No mounted horseback riding is involved. \nNOTE: 1 PERSON PER REGISTRATION FORM \nOut of an abundance of caution to protect the safety of our community and this activity being held outdoors\, spacing of each registrant will be followed. Please bring water container\, hand sanitizer\, sunscreen and bug spray! Please arrive to the event 15 minutes early to check in! \nWEATHER: We will reschedule the camp in the event of lightning\, heavy rain\, or heat above 90 degrees. We will try to reschedule.
